The Community of Madrid brings the mobile employment office closer to eleven towns damaged by fire. The route starts in San Lorenzo de El Escorial and ends in Navalagamella on August 25.
The Community of Madrid has launched new routes for the Empleabús, the mobile employment office, to bring its services to residents of eleven municipalities affected by the fires in the region. The aim is to facilitate employment procedures for those facing mobility difficulties due to the consequences of the fire.
The vehicle provides the same services as a conventional employment centre: registrations, data modifications, renewals and duplicates of demand, as well as information on job offers, training courses, and workshops to improve employability.
The route begins in San Lorenzo de El Escorial and continues to Aldea del Fresno. On August 5, it will be in Pelayos de la Presa and on the 6th in Fresnedillas de la Oliva. In the second week, it will visit Villa del Prado (10th), Las Rozas de Puerto Real (11th), Zarzalejo (12th), and Brunete (13th).
In the final stage, the service will be available in Colmenar del Arroyo on August 18, in Robledo de Chavela on the 20th, and in Navalagamella on August 25, where the route concludes.
In light of the emergency situation, the regional Public Employment Service activated the automatic renewal of demand for those affected from the very beginning, a measure that will remain in effect until September 15.
Those interested can go directly to the Empleabús on the specified dates and locations, without the need for an appointment, to carry out any procedures or receive employment advice.
