The Tres Cantos City Council has published the resolutions for the establishment of job pools for one Library Assistant position and five Auxiliary Technician positions, both through open competition.
The Tres Cantos City Council has concluded the selection process to fill two types of positions in the municipal library network. The resolutions for the establishment of the job pools were published on July 31 for the Library Assistant position and on July 27 for the five Library Auxiliary Technician positions, both through open competition.
With these pools, the Tres Cantos council will have a list of candidates to draw upon for future temporary needs or replacements in these roles. Candidates who have passed the process and appear on the final list will be added to these pools, with the validity and conditions set out in the terms of each call.
In the case of the Library Assistant position, the process began with the publication of the terms in August 2025, and the first exam was held on January 28, 2026. After the opposition phase and merit evaluation, the City Council resolved the appeals and published the final scores on July 7, before establishing the pool.
For the five Auxiliary Technician positions, the multiple-choice exam took place on March 22, 2026. The final list of approved candidates was published on June 17, and after correcting a material error in the provisional list, the job pool was created.
Interested parties can consult the complete lists and resolutions on the Tres Cantos City Council's electronic headquarters, under the Human Resources section. These pools will remain in effect for the period set by the terms, usually until they are exhausted or new processes are called.
