The regional online transaction platform reaches 1.5 million users and records over two million transactions since its launch in July 2024.

The Community of Madrid has surpassed one and a half million registered users on Digital Account, the platform that unifies more than 350 regional public services. Only in June, 137,000 people used this resource, a 9% increase compared to the previous month, according to data provided by the Ministry of Digitalisation.

Since its launch on July 15, 2024, residents of Madrid have completed over two million administrative transactions through this tool. The most requested services are the meal grant, the youth card, and the health card, and the platform has accumulated over 15 million accesses.

The majority profile of the user is young: 25% are between 18 and 30 years old, followed by the age group of 30 to 40 (23%), 40 to 50 (22%), 50 to 60 (16%), and 60 to 70 (6%). Downloads of the application for Android and iOS have also grown by 13% in the last month.

More Time for Citizens and Public Employees

Digitalisation is reducing waiting times. According to the Ministry, citizens have reduced the time they spend on transactions in regional public services by up to 50%. So far in 2026, digital transactions have increased by an average of 25%.

This saving is also noticeable in the Administration. Public employees have been able to free up more than 20,000 hours of work thanks to the reduction of the average time per case to 3 minutes, compared to previous manual operations, allowing them to focus on other functions.

The platform is continuously updated to incorporate new functionalities. Among the latest features is a specific space for the Youth Card, which allows those under 30 to access benefits and activities directly from the application.

Services such as fee payments, applications for educational and baccalaureate grants, recognition and review of disability and dependency levels, and marriage applications have also been added. The application also notifies users about changes in transactions, expiration of cards, and continuity of processes, so that users do not miss any deadlines, and it remembers their history to avoid requesting information that the Administration already has.
