Aquamadsincro Club from Boadilla del Monte has achieved promotion to the national First Division in the Alevín category, consolidating its growth in just four years of history.
Aquamadsincro Club from Boadilla del Monte has made a significant leap in Spanish artistic swimming. The entity, founded only four years ago, has achieved promotion to the national First Division in the Alevín category, a milestone that places it among the leading clubs in the country.
The promotion was forged at the Alevín Spanish Championship, where the club's swimmers competed against entities with decades of tradition. The results obtained in both individual and collective events have been key to achieving this goal.
Alevín Duo: sixth national position
One of the greatest successes came in the Alevín Duo category. Ana Segovia Paino and Lucía Soler López, with Rocío Amutxastegi Agudo as a reserve, finished in a brilliant sixth national position with a score of 226.0443 points, the best classification achieved to date by Aquamadsincro in this competition.
The championship also showcased good performances in team events. The Boadilla team concluded in 12th national position in the Alevín Combined category and obtained 14th place in the Team category, results that reinforce the solidity of the work developed by coaches, athletes, and families.
Figures: future individual talent
In the Figures event, which evaluates the individual technique of the swimmers, several athletes from the club ranked among the best in Spain. Ana Segovia Paino, born in 2015, finished in 15th absolute position, also becoming the fourth best Spanish swimmer of her birth year. Meanwhile, Lucía Soler López, born in 2016, finished in 71st absolute position, also ranking fourth nationally among athletes of her generation.
These results add to the excellent achievements recently attained by the club in the children's category, where Aquamadsincro was crowned runner-up in Spain by clubs and won two national bronze medals, confirming the great sporting moment the entity is experiencing. For the residents of Boadilla, this promotion is a source of pride and strengthens the sports offerings of the municipality, which sees a young club competing with the best.
Access trials open in September
With an eye on the upcoming season, Aquamadsincro will continue to expand its talent pool. The club will hold access trials on September 8 at Colegio Quercus de Boadilla del Monte. The trials for new athletes interested in starting artistic swimming will begin at 18:00 hours, while those for federated teams will take place at 19:00 hours.
With just four years of history, Aquamadsincro continues to establish Boadilla del Monte as one of the municipalities with the greatest potential in Spanish artistic swimming, thanks to a model based on training, continuous work, and talent development from grassroots categories. Anyone who wants to join this wave of success now knows where and when.
