The latest version of Superman, directed by James Gunn, arrives in Móstoles this Saturday, July 18, at 22:00 in the park opposite the Zoco, in Parque Coimbra. This is the first event of the Summer Cinema programme, which includes four other titles until August 15.

The City Council of Móstoles has prepared an outdoor cinema programme that kicks off this Saturday, July 18, with the screening of 'Superman' (2025), the latest adaptation of the DC superhero directed by James Gunn and starring David Corenswet. The event is at 22:00 hours in the park located opposite the Zoco, at the junction of Calle del Castaño and Calle Eucalipto, in the Parque Coimbra neighbourhood.

A varied programme for summer nights

The film narrates Superman's struggle to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing in Smallville as Clark Kent, while defending humanity in an era that questions traditional values. A proposal that promises action and reflection for all audiences.

The programme will continue on Saturday, July 25 with 'Uno para todos' (2020), a Spanish drama that addresses school integration through a temporary teacher who arrives in a town and must mediate between the return of a sick student and the resistance of his classmates. A film perfect for family discussions about empathy and education.

August brings animation and nostalgia

On August 1, it will be the turn of 'El Arca de Noé' (2024), a Brazilian animated film that follows the adventures of two mice, Vini and Tito, who sneak onto the Ark to prevent a conflict between carnivores and herbivores. Ideal for the little ones at home.

On August 8, the live-action remake of 'Lilo y Stitch' (2025) will be screened, which recovers the story of friendship between a lonely Hawaiian girl and a fugitive alien. A modern classic that will delight both children and adults.

The cycle closes on August 15 with 'Una película de Minecraft' (2025), starring Jason Momoa and Jack Black. Based on the popular video game, it tells how four misfits are dragged into a world of cubes. A fun and carefree option to bid farewell to the film summer.

A free outdoor plan

All screenings are free and start at 22:00 at the same location: the park opposite the Zoco, in Parque Coimbra. It is recommended to bring a chair or blanket to comfortably enjoy the films. A unique opportunity to enjoy cinema with family without leaving the municipality.

For the residents of Móstoles, this programme represents an accessible and quality summer leisure alternative, bringing the latest releases to a natural setting. No reservation is necessary, just arrive on time and in good spirits.
