The Móstoles City Council has opened the application period for a Youth Technician position, reserved for individuals with a disability of 33% or higher. The selection process combines a competitive exam and a merit-based assessment.

The Móstoles City Council has published a new public job offer to fill a Youth Technician position. The announcement is directed exclusively at individuals who can prove a disability degree of 33% or higher, as outlined in the bases published on the municipal electronic headquarters.

Applicants must hold a university degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification. The selection process will consist of two phases: a competitive exam, which will account for 60% of the final score, and a merit-based assessment, which will constitute the remaining 40%. Among the merits evaluated are prior professional experience and specific training in the Youth area.

Those who pass all the tests of the competitive exam but do not secure a position will be included in a job pool for future temporary hiring. The deadline for submitting applications ends on July 28, 2026.

This offer is part of the inclusive employment policies of the Móstoles City Council, which aims to ensure equal opportunities in access to public service. Interested individuals can consult the complete bases and formalize their application through the City Council's job portal.

In addition to this position, the Community of Madrid has other active job offers in different municipalities. For example, in Fuenlabrada, industrial sewing and embroidery machine operators are being sought, with a full-time contract and a salary of €1,424.50 gross in 12 payments. The application deadline is July 31.

In Boadilla del Monte, a dental clinic needs a receptionist with a permanent contract, valuing a minimum of one year of experience in hotel reception, medical centres, or as a clinic assistant. Also, in San Sebastián de los Reyes, an electromechanical workshop worker is required, with knowledge in electricity and vehicle assembly, preferably from the motorhome sector.

For the city of Madrid, a company is looking for a driver-dispatcher with a permanent contract of 40 hours per week and flexible hours from Monday to Saturday. Experience as a dispatcher, a valid type B driving licence, and good knowledge of the capital are required.

On the other hand, positions are offered for maintenance and repair mechanics for aircraft and helicopter engines, with a salary between €32,000 and €37,000 gross per year. A minimum of 5 years of prior experience is required, with full-time hours and rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Interested parties must send their CV to the Employment Office of the Community of Madrid.

These offers are disseminated through the 'Madrid Trabaja' programme of Telemadrid and Onda Madrid, which is presented every Saturday by Erika Barreras and directed from Monday to Friday by Javier Peña. Citizens can follow updates on the programme's social media and on the Community of Madrid's website.

For the residents of Móstoles and the rest of the region, these announcements represent a job opportunity in various sectors, from public administration to industry and services. Candidates are advised to review the specific requirements of each offer and submit their applications within the established deadlines.
