The Summer Cinema of Torrejón de Ardoz continues its programming this weekend with two premieres: 'Bad Guys 2' and 'Karate Kid: Legends'.
The outdoor film cycle in Torrejón de Ardoz continues this weekend with two screenings for all audiences. The first will be on Friday, August 7, featuring 'Bad Guys 2', the animated film that follows the adventures of a group of reformed animals trying to be good but ending up caught up in a heist planned by the Bad Guys.
On Saturday, August 8, 'Karate Kid: Legends' will be shown, in which kung-fu prodigy Li Fong moves to New York and, after attracting unwanted attention, prepares for the ultimate karate competition by merging his fighting styles.
Both sessions are part of the Summer Cinema initiative, which the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council has established as one of the star events of the summer in the city. The screenings are free and designed to be enjoyed with family or friends on a warm summer night.
The cycle will continue in the coming weeks with titles such as 'Fast and Furious Grand Prix', 'Snow White', 'Elio', 'No Coverage', 'Lilo & Stitch', and 'Mufasa', completing a varied programme for all ages.
The mayor of Torrejón de Ardoz, Alejandro Navarro, highlighted that this initiative is part of other offerings such as the Fountain Show at Parque Europa, Special Days at theme parks, or municipal swimming pools, through which the City Council provides its residents with one of the best free cultural and leisure programmes in Spain.
The screenings take place outdoors, with free entry, and the usual time is at dusk. It is recommended to arrive early to find a spot.
