The San Fernando de Henares Town Hall has launched its Municipal Plan for the Improvement and Maintenance of Educational Centres once again this summer, with an investment of over 350,000 euros. The actions take place during the non-school weeks of summer and affect schools, nurseries and children's centres in the municipality.

Among the planned works are the painting of classrooms, offices, common areas and fences; the installation of new mosquito nets and protective vinyl on walls, as well as repairs in carpentry, plumbing, masonry and electricity.
