The Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment has announced 683 administrative positions, mostly through open competition. The registration deadline ends on August 10 and the selection process consists of a theoretical test and an office skills test.
The Community of Madrid has launched one of the largest public job offers of the year to fill 683 administrative positions in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment. The announcement, published this Monday in the Official Bulletin of the Community of Madrid (BOCM), includes 673 positions through open competition, of which 47 are reserved for people with disabilities, and 10 for internal promotion, with an additional reservation for disability.
Requirements and selection process
To apply for the positions through open competition, candidates must have a Graduated in ESO or equivalent qualification. The selection process will be a pure opposition, with a theoretical test and another on office skills. There is no competition phase, so the score will depend exclusively on the tests.
The deadline for submitting applications ends on August 10, 2026. The complete bases are available in the BOCM. For residents of the region, this is an opportunity to access stable employment in the regional administration, with salaries around 1,800 euros gross per month.
Job offers in Getafe, Madrid capital and Majadahonda
In addition to the competitive exams, the Madrid Trabaja programme has disseminated several private job offers. In Getafe, a furniture sector company is looking for sales assistants for its decoration store. A temporary contract is offered with the possibility of becoming permanent, split shifts during commercial hours, and a salary of 1,600 euros in 12 payments. No prior experience is required, but it is essential to reside near the workplace. Interested parties must send their application to the area coordinator before August 31.
In Madrid capital, load and unload workers are needed with a temporary employment contract and a salary of 1,450 euros. A minimum of 24 months of experience and a type B driving license are required. The offer is aimed at workers available immediately.
In Majadahonda, a senior residence is looking for a kitchen assistant through a replacement contract of between 1 and 6 months. The schedule is mainly in the afternoon, with full-time hours and salary according to the agreement. It is mandatory to have a high-risk food handler's license.
Alcobendas and Tragsatec: employment for socio-health and technical profiles
In Alcobendas, a position for a route assistant is offered with a part-time indefinite contract and a salary proportional to the SMI. Candidates must have the Professional Certificate in Socio-Health Care or equivalent qualification, as well as a type B driving license. Basic mechanical training will be valued.
Finally, Tragsatec is looking for technicians for fishing monitoring with a temporary contract of up to 11 months. A high school diploma or intermediate degree, or at least 6 months of experience is required. The functions include registering vessels and monitoring positioning data. The deadline for registration ends on July 22.
