The Hostelería es… Brunete programme, promoted by Hostelería Madrid and the Community of Madrid, offers free services in training, sustainability and digital marketing for one year to professionals in the sector in the municipality.

Hospitality professionals in Brunete can now sign up for a free advisory programme that will support them for an entire year. The initiative, called Hostelería es… Brunete, was presented this Thursday by the mayor, Mar Nicolás, and the president of Hostelería Madrid, José Antonio Aparicio, at an event held in the municipality.

The programme, which is supported by the Community of Madrid, offers services grouped into three main areas: training, sustainability and quality, and digital marketing. Participating establishments will receive a personalised diagnosis and training tailored to their needs, with flexible hours and the possibility of trainers travelling to the locality.

Tailored training for each business

In the training area, hospitality professionals will have access to content aimed at the professional development of teams and improving business management. Technical subjects related to cooking, service, and daily operations are also included. One of the keys is that the training is adapted to each venue, focusing on the specific needs of each establishment.

The mayor, Mar Nicolás, highlighted that this opportunity represents an open door to improving the sector and, consequently, attracting new visitors to the municipality. For his part, José Antonio Aparicio emphasised the importance of hospitality professionals having association experts to work specifically in the areas that need it most.

Sustainability, quality, and digital marketing

Regarding sustainability and quality, the programme addresses everything from environmental sustainability to economic sustainability, taking into account changing regulations. Additionally, participants will receive advice on quality and food safety, which are essential for complying with current regulations and providing a higher quality service.

Digital marketing is another key area. Establishments will receive a personalised diagnosis of their online presence and social media, as well as specific recommendations to improve their digital positioning, increase visibility, and attract new customers. For many small businesses, making the digital leap poses a challenge, and this programme offers expert support at no cost.

An initiative that is already working in other municipalities

The Hostelería es… programme is already being implemented in other locations such as San Martín de Valdeiglesias, Torrejón de Ardoz, Arganda del Rey, and Villaviciosa de Odón. In Brunete, local hospitality professionals have shown great interest, according to municipal sources. The City Council hopes that this collaboration will help energise the sector and attract more visitors to the municipality.

Those interested in signing up for the programme can contact by phone at 913 600 909 or via email at info@hosteleriamadrid.com. The registration period is now open, and services will begin to be provided immediately once registration is formalised.
