The company Finanzauto has completed the works on its new multi-purpose centre in Arganda del Rey, an unprecedented facility in Spain dedicated to the training and demonstration of industrial machinery.

The mayor of Arganda del Rey, Alberto Escribano, visited the facilities of the new multi-purpose centre that Finanzauto has built in the Industrial Estate of the locality on Thursday. The facility, described as pioneering in Spain, is designed to host machinery demonstrations for clients and provide multidisciplinary training for technicians and sales advisors.

A cutting-edge simulator for operator training

The centre features a state-of-the-art simulator that allows for manoeuvres and enhances the training of operators without the need to use real machinery. This tool reduces risks and costs, and facilitates training in a controlled environment. According to municipal sources, the simulator is one of the main innovations of the project and reinforces Finanzauto's commitment to innovation.

During the visit, Escribano was accompanied by the councillor for Industry and the Industrial Estate, Lola Martín. The mayor highlighted that the Industrial Estate of Arganda is the second most important in the Community of Madrid thanks to companies like Finanzauto, which have invested in the municipality for decades. “This investment promotes the increasing attraction of national and foreign capital,” he noted.

Over half a century of history in Arganda

Finanzauto, founded more than 90 years ago, arrived at the Industrial Estate of Arganda in 1967. Since then, it has evolved from a small company financing and selling cars, trucks, and agricultural machinery to become the leading company in the distribution and service of industrial, construction, maritime, and mining machinery. A key milestone was the agreement with Caterpillar in 1963, which boosted its expansion.

The new infrastructure strengthens the company's presence in the area and consolidates Arganda del Rey as a reference industrial hub. For the local residents and workers of the estate, the opening of the centre represents an opportunity for specialised training and a boost to local economic activity.

The multi-purpose centre is already operational and is expected to start offering the first courses in the coming weeks. Interested parties can consult the training offerings through Finanzauto's official channels.
