The French winger Michael Olise, 24, has informed his teammates from the national team of his desire to join Real Madrid this summer, according to the newspaper L'Equipe.

Herbert Hainer, president of the German club, stated at the end of June: “If Florentino Pérez had an offer in mind, he can save his effort because we do not want to sell Michael.” The president added that Real Madrid assured them they had no contact whatsoever with the player.
“We have a very good relationship with Real Madrid and, as a result, they contacted me to say that, firstly, they have absolutely no contact with Michael Olise and, secondly, they do not want these constant speculations in the media,” Hainer stated.
The Bayern has Olise tied down until 2029 and intends to extend his contract to make him a key part of their project. The German management has cut off any possibility of negotiation, and there is talk of a clause close to 200 million euros.
Real Madrid remains silent
The white club, for its part, issued an official statement on June 20 denying any contact with the player, his representatives, or his entourage. Despite this, the player's camp insists that his desire is firm and that he hopes that Florentino Pérez's management will take action after the World Cup.
The newspaper L'Equipe claims that Olise himself has voiced his desire at the concentration in Boston, where his Bayern teammate Dayot Upamecano is also present, who is reportedly pressuring him not to make that decision.
